If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for either store credit or exchange. Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in original condition ( unworn and not washed ) with original tags attached and receipt included. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the item. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the authorization you receive from us. Shipping charges we incur are non-refundable. Swim or intimate styles are non-returnable. ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Please email us at info@shynecar.com no later than 14 days upon the receipt of your order – tell us what you purchased and what you would like to exchange. If the item is available, we will email you shipping instructions. The price difference will be adjusted to your original payment method. We will ship your exchange order and email you tracking details upon receiving your authorized return.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. 

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping to return your product, you should mail your product to: 2907 West 139th Place, Gardena, CA 90249. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Standard (2-7 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST):

• Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after the cutoff time (4 pm) are processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
• We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
